Moral Perfection

I do not believe in moral perfection because no one is absolutely perfect.  Ben Franklin said he would not make any fault at all…  everyone makes mistakes in their life.  Knowing what is right and wrong is an example of someone being morally perfect.  But everyone has made the mistake of knowing that something is wrong and still continuing to do it.  Humanity has a program, they make mistakes.  Nothing anyone can do will ever reprogram humanity.  People can be as nice as physically possible and have the best manners but they will still have a flaw about them.

Fast 15: Words To Live By

“Trust is the easiest thing to lose and the hardest thing to gain back.”

This quote means a lot to me because it is absolutely true.  One wrong mistake when you are being trusted with something and you lose all the trust someone has for you.  Then you have to do so many things just in order to get all of that trust back.  And if you mess up once more you lose it all again.  It almost doesn’t seem fair.

Fast 15: 5 things

Many people want to change themselves and they set goals that are way out of reach and therefore they fail and never change.  If i wanted to change I would pick 5 small things that i feel i could be better in.  these 5 would be as follows:

1. Lose the attitude sometimes

2. realize that I am not better than everyone else

3. not fool around during class

4. take school 100% seriously

5. Get a job

Fast 15: Building EC

Some of my biggest wants in life are doing well on my SAT’s and getting into Lehigh University.  In order to do well on my SAT’s i have been receiving emails with practice questions that i answer and then print out with the correct answer.  I can study from these questions in order to do better on my test.  Also these questions will put me in a mindset for when i take the test…then i will succeed.  In order to get into Lehigh University I will get the best grades as I possibly can which is straight A’s.  I have all honors classes next year and that will look very good on my college application if I get all A’s.  My backup plan if I don’t do well on my SAT’s, I can take them again in May of this year, and if needed again next year as a senior.  If I do not get accepted into Lehigh University, I can always try Penn State or another school.

Reasons To Go To War

If someone asked me to go to war i would say yes.  They would probably ask me why I was so sure when i gave my answer.  I have many reasons as to why i would and there are many people that would probably be offended or desagreeing with my reasons but this is my own personal opinion.  First off there is a certain population of allentown that thinks that they have more rights than everyone else.  Which is not true.  i would go to war with them to show them that they are like everyone else.  Second it just feels good to be one of those individuals that has to run out on the front line for their country.  And finally all together if someone comes back from war, they are an all american hero.  i wonder how that would feel.

God Forbid my house burning down

Pallbearers4x62I believe that some of my most important values include friends and some of my family. I would never want to lose any of my things. Also a major loss would probably devastate me. Losing someone that means the world to me would also hurt more than anything. Its not so much as losing an xbox or another inanimate object wouldn’t hurt as much as losing a family member.

Lasting and Loving Relationships

Hands

I believe that in order to have a lasting relationship, both parties need to understand the needs of the other. They both need to understand that they are each different. Also communication is key. Without communication, there is no hope for the relationship to last. Problems that form between the two, need to be addressed right away and head on. Do not try and be nice about everything, just say what needs to be said. Finally, just be honest. Honesty is the best policy no matter who it is and it will get you the farthest.
